3D printing & prototyping · Vaughan, ON
Printed in Vaughan.
We 3D print solid plastic parts. Broken part, missing part, or a part that never existed? We model it in CAD, print it, and keep fixing it until it fits. Yes, even when nobody asked.
How it works
From idea to part
-
1
Tell us what's broken
Call or text with a photo, a sketch, some measurements or the sad remains of the old part. A rough idea is fine.
-
2
We model it
We draw it in SolidWorks, slice it and check it before it gets anywhere near the build plate.
0.4 mm nozzle · PLA

3
Print, test, repeat
We print it and check the fit. If it's off, we fix the model and print again. Honestly, this is the fun part.

About
A small 3D print shop in Vaughan
m3dowprints started with a mechanical engineering grad who got hooked on 3D printers years before owning one. Since 2023 we've been designing and printing parts that get used, and redesigning the ones that don't. Everything here is printed in Vaughan.
Our first project was the pneumatic gun holder up top. First mistake: printing it in ABS on an old Ender 3 with no enclosure. A few failed prints later, a cardboard box and some duct tape became an enclosure. It printed. Then we redesigned it. Then we redesigned it again. That's V3.
m3dowprints is the sister brand of M3DOWLOOP, which collects 3D print waste and turns it back into filament. Failed prints shouldn't end up in landfill. Ours included.
